Simply follow these procedures to add your business to Google Maps or Google My Business:
Log in at business.google.com. You can create your company’s searchable web profile by clicking the blue “Sign in” icon in the top-right corner. You must set up a Google account for your company if it doesn’t already have one. Google suggests using the domain of your company’s email to sign in.
After entering your company name, click Next. By entering your full name, you can also build a business page for yourself.
If your company doesn’t already have an entry, you may add one by selecting the option that says “Create a business with this name” immediately below the search field.
Select “Yes” to allow Google to display your company’s location. If you work from home or don’t want your address to be public, select No.

After entering all the areas that your business serves, click Next. If you only deliver within New York City, for instance, just enter New York City. You must include each location that your company serves if it does.
After entering your business category, click Next.
Mention the primary phone number and website for your company. Click if you don’t yet have a website. Get a free website using your information. Based on the information you’ve provided, Google My Business will automatically make one. Choose Next.
If you want advice on how to enhance your internet business profile, click Yes. The Gmail account linked to your Google My Business will receive an email with the advice.
Press Finish. You will receive a notification when you are almost done along with a list of GMB actions you can take to assist you manage your company profile. Choose Next.
To confirm your business, enter your address. Google is going to mail a postcard to your place of business. To get started, select Mail.
Be aware that it can take several days for the Google postcard to arrive.
Click Later if you wish to check it later. A pop-up message welcoming you to your Google My Business dashboard will then appear. You can start managing your business listing after clicking Get Started.
After receiving Google’s postcard, sign in to your GMB page and select Manage Locations. This is accessible via the menu in the left sidebar.
